Coaching with MMC is NOT for you if:
You are not willing to show up and do the work. I limit the number of 1:1 clients I work with at a time so I can give my very best attention and effort to each and every woman who signs up to work with me. That said, I can’t want your results more than you do. You can’t be wishy washy. You must be willing to book your calls, fill out your weekly progress reports, and keep a constant open and honest line of communication with me as your coach.

You want to count calories and be told exactly what to eat through a strict meal plan - With MMC, you will learn to take a more intuitive approach that will be more sustainable for the long haul.
You are not willing to explore the mindset issues that actually might be holding you back from reaching your goals. For weight loss goals, diet and exercise are big pieces of the equation, but without getting your mind right and exploring how your thoughts and beliefs are affecting your health, the changes you desire will not come. You want a quick fix or immediate results. What’s the point if the changes you make aren't sustainable?
You're complacent and aren't interested in leveling up. I only want to work with women who see the value in always learning and growing.
